2.Scope of application
The purchase contract is conluded between you and the relevant partner brands / boutiques. We are authorised by the relevant partner brands / boutiques to complete the contract on their behalf and may also accept a revocation notification. Please note that your contractual partner for the order is the relevant partner brands / boutiques. We are not a party to that contract and you are not purchasing the products directly from us.
Please note that we reserve the right to change these terms and conditions occasionally with effect for the future. Please read the latest version on the website whenever you use our service or make an order to ensure you are aware of our current terms and conditions.
3.Your conduct
You should provide the registration information correctly and completely (including your real name and email address, telephone number, address, ID number, etc.). You should agree that we may send orders and advertisements to you by post, Wechat phone and other forms.
You must not use the Website for any of the following:
In any way that causes harm to any person. In any way that breaches any applicable national or international law or regulation. In any way that causes, or is likely to cause, the Website or access to it to be interrupted, damaged or impaired. You must not run a commercial advertisement without our permission. In violation of the above provisions, we have the right to terminate the user's account and to complete all rights and interests on this website.

4. The Products
We attemp to describe our products as accurate as possible. However, our descriptions are based on the information we receive from our partner boutiques, so we can not guarantee that each description is accurate, complete and error-free. The pictures to the articles on the website are for illustration only. Although we try to make colors as accurate as possible, we can not guarantee that your computer’s display will reproduce them in the same way.
The items sold by our partner brands / boutiques are for private use only. You agree that you will not use or resell the products for commercial purposes.
5. Oders
After you have selected your product (description, price, quantity, color, ...), click the selected products by pressing the "Buy Now" button.
The confirmation of the receipt of the order follows immediately after the order has been sent. Please note that our order confirmation does not constitute a declaration of acceptance of your contractual offer but serves for information purposes only.
We will accept the offer by sending you a confirmation of delivery by e-mail or by delivery of the products.
6 Payment
As payment method you can use Paypal, Alipay or Credit Card. To place an order, you must have a valid payment method. When you are submitting an order, you warrant that your information is accurate and that you are at least 18 years old and authorised to use the payment method.
Although we attempt to ensure that all descriptions and pricing are correct on the website, errors can occur in individual cases as we must rely on the information from our partner boutiques. If we find a faulty price for the products you ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the opportunity, in the name of the partner boutique, to confirm your order with the correct price or revoke it. If you cancel your order, but have already paid the products, you will get the full payment back.
7. Delivery
The shipping is processed by DHL Express, UPS or TNT. The delivery time is normally 3 to 7 working days. This delivery time is an estimate and can not be guaranteed. We accept no responsibility for delays due to customs or payment issues.
The product prices on the website include the VAT, duties and processing fees of your country. You may be required to pay in advance taxes. In this case, please contact your local customs office for further information.
8. Return
Because of the complexity of international payment and logistics, we do not support the exchange of products. You have 14 days from the date you received it to return. They must be returned in the not worn, not washed, faultless and unused condition as well as with all original labels. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted.
Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.Goods

10 Legal Disputes
Should a provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. Only German law shall apply to the contract.
