1. Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes, you need a separate account to start the order process You can visit our website and register for an account.

 

2. I have forgotten my password. What should I do?

To re-set your password, follow the 'FORGOT PASSWORD?' instructions on the LOG IN page and enter your email address. We will send you an email to reset your password.

 

3. How can I receive Bobodee Email Updates?

Stay informed of new arrivals and trends by entering your email address under ‘Newsletter’ at the top of our homepage. Email preferences can be easily managed under ‘My Account’.

 

4. How do I place an order?

  a. Choose a category from the top navigation menu or search to explore a style.

  b. Once you have found an item, choose your size and click 'ADD TO CART' button on the product page.

  c. Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the 'SHOPPING CART' link at the top of the page.

  d. Click on 'PROCEED TO CHECKOUT', enter your address and payment information to complete your order. 

 

5. What payment methods does BOBODEE accept?

The current online payments we accept include: credit card(Visa, MasterCard), Paypal and Alipay. We only accept payment in the euro currency, although the price may be displayed in your local currency. 

 

6. Where can I find size & fit advice?

Click on ‘Model & Size’ on the item’s page to view our conversion chart and model measurements for each item. If you still have any questions about the sizes, please contact our customer service.

 

7. How long does delivery take?

Once your order details are confirmed, your item will be carefully prepared and sent on its way within 2 business days. Delivery will normally take 3-7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. You will probably receive separate packages if you have ordered products from different Bobodee partners.
